Returns Policy

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal When purchasing products, consumers have the right to dissolve the contract without giving any reason within a period of 15 days. This cooling-off period begins the day after the consumer or a pre-designated representative not acting as a carrier receives the product.

During the cooling-off period, the consumer should handle the product and its packaging with care. The product should only be unpacked or used as necessary to assess whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must return the product, along with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging, according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur.

If the consumer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must notify the entrepreneur within 15 days of receiving the product. The consumer should communicate this via a written notice or email. After declaring the intention to withdraw, the consumer must return the goods within 15 days. The consumer must provide proof that the returned goods were sent back in time, such as a shipping receipt.

If the consumer has not expressed their desire to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not returned the product within the periods specified in paragraphs 2 and 3, the purchase is considered final.

Article 2 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.

If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after the withdrawal, provided that the goods have already been received by the entrepreneur or conclusive proof of the complete return can be provided.

Article 3 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer's right of withdrawal for the products described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only valid if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer or at least before concluding the contract.

The right of withdrawal can only be excluded for products:

  • Made to the consumer’s specifications;
  • That are clearly of a personal nature;
  • That cannot be returned due to their nature;
  • That spoil or age quickly;
  • Whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market that are beyond the entrepreneur's control;
  • For individual newspapers and magazines;
  • For audio and video recordings and computer software where the consumer has broken the seal;
  • For hygiene products where the consumer has broken the seal.

The right of withdrawal can only be excluded for services:

  • Concerning accommodation, transport, restaurant, or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specified period;
  • For which the delivery has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the cooling-off period has expired;
  • Concerning bets and lotteries.

Restocking Fee Policy When a customer decides to return an item, the company may charge a restocking fee. The restocking fee may be a percentage (15%) of the purchase amount and may be deducted from the refundable amount or billed separately to the customer. Customers are advised to contact the company in advance to arrange the return and discuss any questions or concerns. The company reserves the right to refuse or delay returns if the returned items are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.

Return Address If you have purchased a product that you wish to return, you may need to send it back to our warehouse in China. Please note that the cost of returning the product is your responsibility. This is due to the often high shipping costs from [insert country], making it impossible for us to cover these costs.

To return the product, you must contact us and request a return address. After receiving the return address, carefully pack the product and send it to the specified address. Ensure the product is well-protected during transport and choose a trackable shipping method so you can monitor when the package is delivered.

Once the product has arrived at the warehouse, we will check if it is in good condition and meets the return conditions. If these conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund, depending on processing time and your bank.

Overall, returning products to our warehouse can be a complicated and costly process. Therefore, it is important to be informed about the return conditions and associated costs before making a purchase.
