  1. Placing an Order The ordering process at Chickleid.de is designed to be easy and user-friendly:

Select Product: Visit the product page and add your desired product to the cart by clicking "Add to Cart". Review Cart: Check if you have selected the correct options. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout". Enter Address Details: Enter the correct address information on the information page and ensure all details are accurate. Then click "Proceed to Shipping". Review Shipping Information: Verify your address details and confirm the shipping method. We offer free shipping for all orders. Click "Proceed to Payment" afterwards. Select Payment Method: Choose one of the available payment methods (e.g., PayPal, credit card, direct debit). All payment methods are SSL-encrypted for a secure transaction environment. Complete Order: Click "Proceed to Checkout" to be directed to a secure payment environment. Follow the instructions to complete your order. If you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to contact us anytime.

  1. Delivery Costs We cover delivery costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home for free. There is no minimum order quantity.

  2. Sending Your Order Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then you'll want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days to process your order. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take slightly longer. Delivery Time: On average, it takes 5-9 days for your order to be delivered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a personal tracking code to track your order via our tracking partner, ParcelsApp.

  1. Delivery of Your Order Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy it! Of course, things can sometimes go wrong. Would you like to exchange or return an item? Take a look at our returns page.

Wrong Product or Damaged Goods: If a product is damaged during transit, we will offer a free replacement on the first attempt. For any subsequent defects, we will provide a full refund. Lost Package: In case a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will send a new package before applying our return and refund policies. 5. Import Duties In some cases, customs may inspect your package. There might be a small import fee imposed by customs. However, in 99% of cases, this will not occur. If any customs fees do apply, please contact us.

  1. Unclaimed Products If a customer does not collect the product from the post office, it incurs costs for us to redeliver. We are entitled to withhold 50% of the order value as a refund. If the customer still wants the product, we will resend it for an additional fee of €7.50.
